이번 토론회는 시민의 정책 참여를 제도화한 '서울시 협치사업'의 일환으로 운영되는 것입니다. 지난해 시민 이태중 씨와 정성욱 씨에 의해 제안됐습니다. 먼저 지역도서관 실태조사를 제안한 시민의 정책 제안 배경, 참여 과정에 대한 발표가 진행됩니다. 서울도서관은 토론회 의견을 수렴해 공공도서관, 작은도서관 등 지역도서관 정책에 반영할 계획입니다. (This forum is part of the "Seoul City Public-private Cooperation Project," which institutionalizes citizen participation in policy.
