COVID-19‌ Translate‌ Project‌

한국의 질병관리본부(KCDC)의 <코로나19 대응 지침>(Coronavirus Disease 2019 Response Guidelines)이 번역 자원봉사자에 의해 완성되어 전 세계에 공유되고 있습니다. '번역이 생명을 살릴 수 있다'(Translation can save lives)며 시작된 번역 프로젝트 게시물을 여러 명의 사람이 공유하자 자원봉사자들이 몰려들었습니다. 88명이 넘는 사람들의 자발적인 참여 덕분에 75페이지의 번역본은 3일 만에 완성됐습니다. 번역본이 올라와 있는 홈페이지도 개설했습니다.(전세계 '코로나 족보' 된 韓 행동지침, 중앙일보, 20200401)

Coronavirus Disease 2019 Response Guidelines by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) have been completed by translation volunteers and are shared around the world. Volunteers gathered when several people shared the posts of a translation project that started with "Translation can save lives." Thanks to the voluntary participation of more than 88 people, the 75-page translation was completed in three days. The homepage (https://covidtranslate.org) with translations has also been opened.
