* 지역과 토착민의 기록, 지식, 유산(구전 전승을 포함)을 보존하고 이에 대한 접근이 가능하도록 하며, 지역사회의 요망에 따라 수집, 보존, 공유할 자료를 선정할 때 지역사회가 적극적인 역할을 할 수 있는 환경을 제공합니다. 

• preservation of, and access to, local and Indigenous data, knowledge, and heritage (including oral tradition), providing an environment in which the local community can take an active role in identifying materials to be captured, preserved and shared, in accordance with the community's wishes;

 • Préserver et permettre l'accès aux données, aux connaissances et au patrimoine locaux et autochtones (y compris à la tradition orale), en fournissant un environnement dans lequel la population peut jouer un rôle actif dans l'identification des documents et objets à collecter, à préserver et à partager, conformément aux souhaits des personnes concernées ; 

9. 지역 및 토착 데이터, 지식 및 유산(구전 포함)의 보존 및 접근, 지역사회가 커뮤니티의 희망에 따라 캡처, 보존 및 공유할 자료를 식별하는 데 적극적인 역할을 할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. 

９. 地域と先住民の記録、知識、遺産（口承を含む）を保存し、アクセスできるようにする。そして、その地域社会の要望に基づいて、収集、保存、共有すべき素材を選定することに地域社会が積極的な役割を果たすことができる環境を提供する。
