사서는 이용자와 자원(디지털 자원이든 전통적인 자원이든)의 적극적인 중개자입니다. 현재와 미래의 과제에 맞서기 위해서는 충분한 인적, 물적 자원과 함께 사서의 전문적이고 지속적인 교육이 필수적이며, 이것이 서비스 제공을 보장할 것입니다. 정치 지도자는 필요한 자원의 양과 질적 수준을 정의하기 위해 도서관 전문가와 협의해야 합니다.
The librarian is an active intermediary between users and resources, both digital and traditional. Sufficient human and material resources, as well as professional and continuing education of the librarian, to meet the challenges for now and in the future, are indispensable to ensure adequate services. Consultation by leadership with library professionals as to the quantitative and qualitative definition of sufficient resources should be undertaken.
Le bibliothécaire est un médiateur actif entre les usagers et les ressources, tant numériques que traditionnelles. Des ressources humaines et matérielles suffisantes, ainsi que la formation professionnelle et continue du bibliothécaire, afin de relever les défis actuels et futurs, sont indispensables pour garantir une offre de services
pertinente. Les dirigeants politiques doivent consulter les professionnels des bibliothèques afin de définir le niveau et la qualité des ressources requis.
사서는 사용자와 자원 사이의 능동적 중개자이며, 디지털과 전통 모두를 아우른다. 충분한 인적·물적 자원은 물론 현재와 미래의 도전에 부응할 수 있는 전문적이고 지속적인 사서 교육이 반드시 필요하다. 충분한 자원에 대한 양적, 질적 정의에 대해 도서관 전문가들과 리더십에 의한 협의가 이루어져야 한다.
図書館員は、利用者と資源－それがデジタルでも伝統的なものでも－との積極的な仲介者である。 図書館員の専門的で継続的な教育が絶対に必要であることはもとより、現在と将来の課題に立ち向かうために、十分な人員と資料群が必要最低限のサービスを保証するのに絶対に必要である。首長と図書館専門職員による、十分な資料源の質と量を明確にする協議が着手されなければならない。
